I moved into the Huntley Ridge community in the fall of 2025 and have had an amazing experience with the very kind Tower Homes staff. The homes are beautiful and the community is top-tier. Also, it’s the perfect spot in Pelham—so close to I-65 and the new Publix, yet it remains a quiet and peaceful community.

Dear Tower Homes, I am writing this letter to thank you for the excellent new home you built for my wife Donna and myself over the past year. This was the fifth home we have built as a couple, and we love the Huntley Ridge community. Tower homes made it really easy during the build and transition period. What we really appreciated, was the responsiveness and customer support with any changes to the home, or some custom requests from my wife. We want to highlight Brittany Perryman and your product management team who were always pleasant, helpful, responsive, and a true pleasure to work from before, during and after the closing. Tower Homes treated us like family, and showed a caring attitude to make our new home exactly the way we wanted it. Thank you Tower Homes for making our home a special place to enjoy with our family and friends moving forward.

My experience with Tower Homes was simply amazing! The moment I walked into the model home I was greeted with such kind agents who made me feel like family. The quality of Tower homes is outstanding. I purchased my first home with Tower and the process from start to finish was a great experience. I love my new home and love sharing it with my family and friends. I had been thinking about selling my current home. My divorce was final and my kids had recently moved out. I hadn’t come across a home that made me want to take that first step until I drove by the Tower Homes sign. The front door was open so I walked in. I literally felt God say “Welcome Home”. Everything about the house had my name on it! I loved all the small details and classic touches that were put into designing the house. It was so beautiful even though it was unfinished. Most of all, I loved the idea of owning a brand new home that I didn’t have to stress over. I immediately went home, called my realtor, and asked her to list my house. My friends would drive by and pray over the house in Historic Malbis that it wouldn’t sell until my house did. Less than two months after I walked into the Tower Homes house, I closed on both houses the same day. There were no issues with the new house, it was literally perfect. My new home marked the beginning of a new path for me and it all started with a front yard sign. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

The entire Tower Homes team was incredible to work with.. from the moment I first stepped into the modal home through the design process, the closing and throughout this first year! I am beyond grateful and proud of my little slice of paradise! Thank you Tower Homes for all you have accomplished!

The process of working with Tower Homes has been great! The people are really nice and get back with you quickly. The process of getting to design your home is really cool and unique definitely a good experience so far!

The entire group is has made our first home buying experience wonderful. They have been incredibly responsive in answering all of our questions. If you’re looking to work with a builder in the Birmingham area look no further.

I bought my first home recently through them and happy with the build quality and service warrenty they offer for a year. Their staff has been polite and friendly while resolving the issues.
