Tower Homes Finds Success With Vendor Cooperation and WYFF 4
Tower Homes is a family owned and operated builder who specializes in high quality and affordable homes. Started in 1999 by Nathan Seppala, the company has built 35 neighborhoods across Upstate SC and have sold over 560 homes in the last 3 years. Nathan Seppala and Tower Homes are also active in the community and in particular are supporters of the March of Dimes. With quality designs and a customer focused approach, the company has grown rapidly over the last few years.
The company has also found recent success with a vendor marketing program in which Tower Homes' subcontractors, suppliers, and home closing partners contribute to the advertising efforts. With help from WYFF 4 and its retail consultant Adam Arbruster, Tower Homes set up is marketing program that helps fund their extended marketing campaign on WYFF 4. Over a lunch, Tower Homes and its partners discussed how teaming together in their advertising will help them all grow together.
Tower Homes has already seen results from WYFF 4 and is using the vendor marketing program to extend its efforts. Since advertising with WYFF 4 this company is pacing to be over 100% growth in homes sales over the last year. The company not only uses WYFF 4 television but also Weather Plus to reach targets with a higher frequency and WYFF4.com to generate leads on the web. This three tiered approach has been successful this year and the company is expecting to grow even more in the future.
